Take everything one step at a time, there are plenty of things to do to keep your mind and body in shape during the down time that were having. Learn something new, meditate, put on some good music, work on some new recipes.....plenty to do and plenty to be thankful for right in front of you.Be patient and be well everyone.

So it's almost the end of the month and the most important thing for anyone to remember with fitness is to be patient with the program, diet and progress just because you may thing you hit a wall doesn't mean that you actually did...and if you did, make a small adjustment and that should get you back on track. 👍

It's wet and cold across the nation, so 1. Bundle up and stay warm and safe! 2. Take vitamins and stay hydrated to keep your immune system up. 3. Stay working out, get a chair find a rail and do some body squats and pushups, roll out a comfy rug and do some crunches and leg raises. There are plenty of workouts to keep you going and away from boredom during the storms if it's to bad you be out on the roads! Need a routine? Drop me a line!

Take it step by step.....don't get caught up in everything you see online or other people's fitness game plans that may or may not fit your life and goals. Make a plan, set some goals that you can keep and build from there. Don't get down or feel embarrassed because of someone else being different. It's the new year.....go make a new you!

If you are just starting out for the new year or starting back up make sure to take small steps and set goals that you can manage, build on small success and the next thing you will know you will be close to or at your goals in no time. Warm up and hydrate properly before you get going.. Stay FIT!

Never underestimate the power of flexibility. Flexibility is great for reducing the chance of many different types of injuries, increasing blood flow, increasing balance, increasing oxygen level, helping sleep and reducing stress. Make stretching a regular part of your day even if it`s only a few minutes and basic moves. Start with simple moves like side bends, toe touches and core twist......can you touch you`re toes? Think about how many people you know that can`t and always have some sort of back pain or tightness.....flexibility is probably one of the reasons why. Stay FIT everyone. :)

It's been hot for a while everyone make sure to stay hydrated, get your training done early or out of the heat and check the air quality before you head out for outdoor activities. I've been seeing some pretty rough readings and if you have any sort of respiratory issues poor air quality will definitely create some problems for both adults and children alike.
