Finding enjoyable forms of physical activity and gradually incorporating them into daily routines can cut these risks in half !! You dont need to go to the gym- there are so many ways to exercise !! start by walking away from your house--once you walk a certain distance--you have to walk back = beginning of exercise !!

Seriously --hear this Non Stop !! People always want to tell you what they used to be able to do.....Why they cant do this and that anymore...... an injury from 2 years ago...is now preventing me from doing this- so therefore.....it goes on and on.... Truth is you CANT do the Things you Used to ....because you have put your health and activeness in like 5th place on the priority list !! There is always something else that needs to be done first......until you have a Health scare OR you take a GOOD LONG LOOK at yourself.....and realize...No its YOU...you are like this ...because of you.....These are the people we Help- You want to be healthy- you want to sustain an active fun life-you dont want to make excuses for yourself anymore !!
