Not sure how active members are on this page, will print up something to post in the gym as well. After talking with Coach about it, Ben Gajus and I are trying to gauge interest in running the strength class again. Primary focus will be on barbell work with the aim to make you all GODS AMONG MEN. Please comment if you'd be interested, right now we're looking at Tuesday & Thursdays, either at 6, 7, or 8. Depending on size we'll probably run concurrent to regular classes. What say you?
