Ready Sweat Morph - The Stronger Together Challenge

At Morph, we know that we are stronger together. If this year has taught us anything, it's that when we come together (responsibly 6-feet apart, of course), great change follows. With that same spirit in mind, we invite you to join us on August 1st for our next Morph challenge: Ready Sweat Morph!

We're adding a new twist this time with weekly challenges to test our strength and recognize our growth! Each week during the Morph at Home classes, your trainers will focus on strength and endurance exercises to help you achieve your weekly challenges.

A regular stretching program will help increase your flexibility, range of motion & open up your stride. You will feel better when you stretch so why not sign up for Run + Stretch? We have added more class times for you to get loose! Join Ashley tomorrow morning @ 9:45 AM for an inspiring Run & Stretch experience! Not a runner? Get your cardio in by walking followed by a group led stretch!

We are counting down the moments to coach you to Run longer, Ride faster & Shred stronger! Three... two... one... grab a spot in your fav class and start this week off right!


Our Trainer of the Week, Julia 's favorite Shred exercise is Reverse Plank to Pike. This exercise focuses on the center of the abdominals and upper body and allows for a hamstring stretch. Trainer tip: Remember to move slow both directions - into the Plank and into the Pike to maintain constant spring tension, control and engagement in the muscle groups that are working! Add the push-up when you are doing the Reverse Plank to Pike on your hands for more of an upper body challenge! Don't be afraid to modify... beginners go to your knees and forearms - your abdominals and shoulders will still get stimulated with the modification!

Trainer of the Week Recipe
Julia's Power Protein Pancakes

"I eat these yummy, simple to make pancakes for breakfast. The pancakes are also transportable so I'm able bring them with me to Morph for a post workout snack. The protein and carbs are easy on my tummy and keep my energy up throughout the day!"

1/2 cup gluten free or regular oats (not steel cut)
3 egg whites (you can add 1 yolk if you like)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Vanilla, cinnamon and pumpkin spice to your taste
Add-ins: cacao nibs, chocolate chips, blueberries

Stir all together, pour mixture into pan, cook on medium high for about 5 mins on one side. Flip and continue to cook for 2 mins on the other side. Enjoy! Now let's power through Run, Ride & Shred together!
