Graciela offers in-person and virtual services, one-on-one, groups and corporate wellness; Graciela helps clients connect body, Mind and Spirit to improve health, combining regular training with Pilates, Yoga and aquatic fitness.
Through her own experience as a Breast Cancer survivor, Graciela understands the benefits of fitness in cancer treatment and into survivorship. Work the total body with this move (arms,core, abs and legs)you can use a yoga block as step and weights or nothing. Keep torso up ,hips at the same level, land soft on the knees and putting the effort on your abs. Elbows parallel and for the hammer curls.
