During this period, I've led approximately 9,000 classes and my passion for this work hasn't faded. This extensive experience equips me to bring you the most effective exercises tailored to your needs. I've guided nearly 2,000 clients through their fitness journeys, witnessing their progress and common pitfalls firsthand. This allows me to foresee potential mistakes and preemptively address them, ensuring you achieve optimal and healthy outcomes.

I have graduated from the Kiev dance academy and was really in love with ballet. This is how I came into fitness - from the ballet world, where I studied the science of the human body.
