That is exactly how I’m feeling, can you see it in my eyes?

This weekend I fell into a portal, maybe it was that 9/9 portal? 🤔

My body was not feeling great and I had very low energy. My mind had other plans for my weekend that included having a pool day with my friend and spending time with my family.

I surrendered and let my body rest. In the past, I would get so angry with myself or the circumstances and say the most negative things. About how I was wasting the day or not being productive. This time, I chose to be gentle and kind to myself. I listened to my body and gave it what it needed.

With that, instead of hearing so much negativity brewing up inside me, I stayed quiet and so much medicine come through. It almost feels as if I’m in the new iteration of Fabiola.

With already feeling today refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world again, my schedule by surprise cleared up today! 🤯 The most perfect combination 😏

I brought myself to my fav coffee shop to be on a sexy ass date with my biz 🔥

My fav part of this date is hanging out inside my online digital home base. In fact, this post is bring written inside my Content Calendar 📆

Whats great is that I can go back to old written posts and copy any important data for my SM posts.

Finished a bunch of errands today 😍 Feeling soooo gewdddd to have so much done 😏✔️

You ever get that feeling when you get a lot of adulting done!? 🤤

Went and got my eye exam, took my car in to the auto shop, etc.

There were a few things l needed to note down in my phone throughout the day. Instead of stashing it randomly in my iPhone notes, emailing it to myself, texting it to myself, or putting it God knows where in my phone, I put the information in my personal doc system inside Notion. 😊

What a magical week I had in Chicago, surrounded by the warmth of my loved ones. From unforgettable moments with family to laughter-filled reunions with friends, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Life, it can feel so beautiful and dreamy in one sec, and then in another, it can get us like 🥴. I won't deny that life has thrown some challenging moments my way these past few months.

But here's what I've learned – life is all about embracing transformation and riding the waves of change. And you know what? I was having lunch outside on my balcony

Exchanging texts with a friend

They asked for a photo of me, so I snapped this

This is when it hit me, I am eating at home enjoying a yummy sammich that I made with love 🤤 outside, under the sun, with views of the canyons and in company of the most bluehost skies ever 😍💫🤭

It’s so easy to take for granted what we have, let alone what we have everyday 🙃

An important lesson I learned from a previous yogi teacher...

At the beginning of my yogi journey, I opened up to my yoga instructor with so much frustration. I said:

“I can’t do these poses, it’s so hard for me and it seems so easy to everyone else”🥵

What she told me next forever changed me.

She said:

"Fabiola you have no idea how long that person has been practicing on that mat. You don’t know if this is their first try, second try, or 100th try. We are all on our own yoga mats and this is why it’s so important to stay focused on your own mat" 🤯💫🤯💫🤯

Fast forward to today….. this is a favorite story that I love to share with clients. We all can get frustrated that even with our efforts we aren’t getting results but Susie is slaying away, at the end we are all on our own yoga mat 🤪💫🤯💫🤪💫🤯

We all are on our own path.

It’s so easy to look outside of us and let our ego/subconscious compare.

The minute we step into the lens of comparison…. we are narrowing D O W N our mind.
