January 14 - PFC Charles N. Cornman of Kittanning, PA. gave his all on this day in 1969 in South Vietnam, Quang Nam province. He was enlisted with the US Marines and served with Company B, 1st Shore Party Battalion, 1st Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force.

Cornman is honored on the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC on Panel 35w / Line 88.

Awards received include National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal.
