If you've been to Body By Niisign lately, you have either seen or had the pleasure of drinking one of Nii's Green juices.
He loves his green juice and wants to challenge you to go green too.
Week 1- Have 1 Green juice a day
Week 2- Replace 1 meal with a Green juice
Week 3- Have 2 Green juices a day (still replacing 1 meal)
Week 4- Have 2 Green juices a day & No Carbs
This will be a great addition to your workout and summer body prep. April starts on Monday and that's a good day to begin.
Nii's Green juice recipe:
3-4 leaves of kale
1/2 bunch of parsley
small granny s. apple
1" of ginger

How much h2o do you need?
Devide your weight in half and drink that amount in ounces.
If you weigh 150lbs, you should be drinking 75 ounces of water/day.
Water is responsible for preventing dehydration, transporting nutrients to the body, and flushing toxins.
Who's up for a meal challenge?
Eat 5-6 small meals a day.
Your 3 major meals can consist of protein and veggies/sweet potato
2-3 snacks like almonds, protein shake, hummus & baby carrots.
