An experienced dancer can learn a 60-second routine in an afternoon. That’s just choreographic recall.
When a beginner is learning a movement pattern their body has never done before—like isolating the chest while changing levels, or locking sharp angles at 130 BPM—the timeline is entirely different.
Here is how real motor skill adaptation actually happens inside the body:
1️⃣ Step 1: The Brain Understands (Days 1–7):
You can visualize the move. You know the counts. But the kinetic chain is unfamiliar, so the limbs feel disconnected and slow.
