My Coach Larry Run Club USA Track & Field Certified Coach Larry offers a variety of training programs for beginners to advanced athletes.

Running a marathon can be a very enriching experience, however attempting to do so without training or being under-trained is difficult and not satisfying in any way.

Hey Everybody,

I just got a new phone and both neither my personal nor my business number fully ported. I am receiving text (I think on both numbers) but I am not able to call out or receive calls. Please use some form of social media if you need to call me.

I am also headed out of the country so I may not get this fix before I am back near the end of the month.

Birthday run done. Did almost nothing most of the day. Pretty happy with that.

Just had this pop up on the memories page. I went back and checked the calendars and I really feel like the 'Hate & Love' tags should be switched

Just means they were at different levels in their training in 2014. Jen would have been further ahead (a more advanced runner) and Jeval would have been further behind (a newer runner) at the time.

Edit: I looked at February 2014 and just realized I was supposed to be looking at March 2014 makes a lot more sense now. I knew my memory wasn't that bad.

Sarah is back tomorrow morning and Yoga is returning!!! Classes are at 6:45AM on Monday and Thursdays.

Let me know if you need the Zoom link. If you want to try out the Yoga class on Monday just let me know and I will shoot you a link tonight.

Thanks for hosting this I had a blast getting to see everyone. It's has been a great 8+ years running around in circles with you all.

Watching kiddos grow up, attending weddings, quinceanera, friendsgiving, and more laughs than I can remember. This group has given me everything that one can ask for in a career, pure happiness.

I just watched the CDC director answer lots of personal questions about people that are vaccinated.

I will be at practice on Sunday and available for hugs f you too have been fully vaccinated!
