I repeat this quote to myself when I’m depressed, experiencing self-doubt, or entertaining a host of other energies that attempt to pierce my soul and attack my body.
I struggle, and I didn’t need a pandemic,systemic injustices, climate change and or economic discord to bring this out and it certainly doesn’t help.
What helps me manage these feelings? Running, swimming, boxing, and YOU. Yes, YOU. Everyone reading this means YOU are part of a network that motivates, inspires and strengthens me to be better, do more, and dream bigger. I may not always agree with what you say or approve of your actions, but I respect your opinion and your right to be who you are.
Thank you for opening your doors at 6a. Thank you for sharing your passion and love of boxing in every session.
