Now offering Shakti Dance Classes! Shakti Dance, the yoga of dance is the fusion between the creativity of dance and the wisdom of yoga. Welcome to DEVINE YOGA AND DANCE This company has offered Kundalini Yoga and meditation for over 10 years from their in-home studio in Los Angeles and Ottawa Canada.

Each class includes an hour of yoga, meditation and relaxation. The postures taught are simple and easy. Most people can do most of the postures on their very first day. Exercises consist of gentle movements that are coordinated with the breath. These are designed to stretch the body gradually and smoothly and to stimulate circulation. All classes end with a powerful meditation and deep relaxation. Daily classes are taught at 4pm and 6pm, Monday-Friday - depending on needs of students. Our website is in process. A 6 week commitment is recommended.
