Cardamom

AKA. The Queen of Spices. Originating from Southern India, cardamom contains Vitamin C, niacin, magnesium, and potassium. In Ayurvedic practices it’s used to treat urinary tract disorders and to lower sugar levels because of how antibacterial it is. You’ll also find it in homeopathic toothpaste (again, because it’s got amazing antibacterial and breath-freshening qualities).

Another brand that needs no introduction, Bit of Meraki, works hand-in-hand with various artisans from India and Africa.

With the goal to empower entrepreneurs from disadvantaged communities, they employ local farmers in Tamil Nadu, majority women. The raw materials for these premium coconut shells are directly procured from the farmers to craft unique creations for our unique customers, authenticity is central to all of the Bit of Meraki products and their purpose as a brand. Coconut shells are 100% natural, ethnic, hand-crafted, and eco-friendly and they are inevitable products for green living.
