Sticking out an arm has its place, but always imagining that someone is punching and kicking at you will change your habits.

A spinning back kick is a powerful techniqueโ€ฆ but if you spin too far, you might miss and throw yourself off-balance.๐ŸŒ€

The trick is to spot the target out of the corner of ONE eye, instead of turning your head all the way around.

The more you spin, the more your foot is going to fly past the target. So, just turn around and fire!
