“Travel is the ultimate inspiration.” ✈️🚘🥾
This is one the most beautiful place that I have seen as of yet!
Even if your busy lifestyle has made it difficult to plan a trip, you should take some time out of your routine and travel for a few days as it not only relaxes you, but it also has positive effects on your health. The leisure trips you take with your family and friends allow you to have a breather and enjoy a much-needed break from your monotonous life. You will return from your trip more inspired and motivated than ever! ❤️

Can you turn fat into muscle?
No.
It's misinformation. Don't know where it started but people truly believe if they workout, their fat will turn into muscle.
They are two very different things.
- Muscle grows and shrinks
- Fat can come and go
Now you can grow muscle and lose fat simultaneously. But your fat does not transform into muscle.
When you workout and increase your protein intake, you will build muscle. (And no, not turn into a bodybuilder 🙄) But rather, you’ll put on a normal amount of muscle. Which is super important in being healthy.
So where does your fat go?
Well believe it or not, you breathe it away.
That doesn't mean that if you stand in a corner panting away that you will shed all your weight (you’ll just get light headed and pass out).
Exercise and proper nutrition is the ultimate Dream Team.
It's why strength training is so important regardless of your goal. Your muscles need to work to grow and become stronger, which in turn will help burn fat away.
It's why your goal shouldn't just be to lose weight, but to also get stronger. Your muscles play a significant role in keeping you healthy. So it's important you don't neglect them.
Who else has been told that fat can turn into muscle? 🙋♂️

Of course I squeezed in a quick workout! 💪
For this BODYWEIGHT-ONLY EMOM, set your phone timer for 20 minutes. If you don’t complete the reps before the 45th second of each minute, stop. Always allow 15 seconds rest and transition to the next movement. You'll end up doing five rounds of each movement.
1) Burpee, 10 reps
2) Press-Up, 15 reps
3) Air Squat, 30 reps
4) Kickthroughs, 50 reps
Nnnn
You didn’t come this far to only come this far. 👊

“The groundwork for all happiness, is good health.” L. H.
I remember my mom taking me with her to Tupperware demos (to unknowingly demo for her to her clients 🙄), back to the office, and then meeting meeting with other clients, etc. My momma was a busy Go-Getter, I respect that so much about her, and I am who I am because of her. However, my mom also had a hard time turning off, and sometimes she would take her work home.
I am passionate about working with busy professional moms, such as .m.chacon, because I believe a busy lifestyle requires balance.
Perhaps if my mom picked up this lifestyle early on and learned to balance her life better, she’d still be here today.
Who really knows.
So yah,
I get this question a lot.
Why I choose to work with busy moms.
I help busy moms get STRONG! 💪

Let’s all congratulate Michelle for completing our DROP A DRESS SIZE OR TWO IN 60 DAYS ONLINE PROGRAM FOR BUSY MOMS!! 👏 👏 👏
She killed this challenge and she accomplished more than she set her goals on, that’s for sure!
I remember when we first started working together, she had this goal to become better at hiking elevations. Hiking high elevations caused shortness in breath for her, and she wanted to get stronger. She also complained of shoulder pain that’s been bothering her for a while now.
So we worked on it. We learned to train smart, we learned to move better, and we learned better breathing patterns.
By DAY 40: “There’s still struggle with the exercises, but overall, left shoulder is becoming pain-free, and it’s getting stronger. I did a big hike (5.3 miles with 1600 elevation gain)! It was tough, but I overcame it! I’ve committed to 1-2 hikes, plan to exceed my 10,000 steps, and our workouts 3-4x a week. My energy level is now much better, and my body craves movement!” - ❤️ Michelle M. ()
