Intro Workshop Session:

This is for people that are interested in finding a safe place to both learn and level up their growth in standing hand to hand. We will work from the ground up & allow both bases and flyers to build confidence in their standing acro journey. All levels are invited.

Relocate Workshop and Coaching Session:

This coaching session is for those standing acro peeps that are comfortable already in standing h2h. This class will be guided for people that are looking to get their relocates.

We will be working on reverse hand to hand drills to better help your progression in getting a better relocate.

People welcomed: those that have a solid 10 second h2h without moving.
