Changing it up this week! Tried yoga with Jillian Michaels on DVD. It kicked my ass so good, I was only able to do it for about 35 minutes.

Ran too close to some very sharp leaves! Ouch
Whew. Changed it up. 4 miles in the morning is way better than late running.
5 miles in this hot la heat!!
