Coach Lorenzo Gray’s answer to this week’s question was rooted in home. He shared that the biggest impact on him was his mother and how encouraging she always was. She never got too high or too low over game performances. Instead, she kept the focus on working hard, learning, and trying again.
That kind of support builds confidence, resilience, and a mindset that lasts far beyond the field.

Today was a great day at the Trailblazer Series. I met some amazing coaches and learned so much just being around the game.
At the plate I went 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs and one strikeout. Always something to build on, and I’m looking forward to tomorrow.

What standards do you hold yourself to when no one is watching?
Appreciation Through Work Ethic™
Getting better together At Cal State Fullerton, putting in work at the plate with my little sister Nina. Every swing, every rep, every moment we share out here means something. It’s bigger than just hitting… it’s about growing, learning, and pushing each other to be our best.
