Some of you may not know this, but in 2018, I suffered a bad concussion. I literally couldn't exist without feeling sick and dizzy for many months.

That time made me realize how much movement is a gift. Your body deserves to exercise because it can!

Don't view fitness as a punishment. It is absolutely a celebration. And my goal is to help you feel the joy in movement that I feel in my classes 💞
