Another Enrollment Day for our Street Smarts and Wing Chun Fitness 2 Sessions! We are so happy to be partners with so many wonderful schools all over Los Angeles like 😊 It takes a village!

Another school is starting up and Kung Fu Moves is too, with our Compassionate Leaders and Wing Chun Fitness #1 Sessions! We are excited to see "old" friends and meet new students while we support kids in developing their bodies, minds and emotions. It takes a village!!

Down in Marina Del Rey rocking out another Enrollment Day! This session is our In-Person Mindful Martial Arts, where we add meditation, breathing techniques, yoga and talking about how to calm down BIG emotions for kids 2.5 & UP, to our always fun Kung Fu warmups, exercises and games.

It's always special to experience what kind of stillness, focus and calmness children are capable of if we compassionately teach such concepts.

Scruffers the Street Smarts Squirrel, always has an adult Buddy to walk across the street!! The Buddy System works great even with adult caretakers, like mom or dad, aunt or uncle, granny or gramps!

Happy New Year everyone. It's the first Enrollment Day of 2024! Excited to start a bunch of Street Smarts classes, teaching kids about public safety and awareness. And for little, little ones, we always are providing amazing fitness classes focused on developing life skills, like coordination, discipline, leadership, etc.

Kung Fu Moves is starting up in Marina Del Rey !! We are always excited to bring our program to new kids to help them learn fitness, life skills and social and emotional intelligence. 😊

Kids love rockin the selfies! We love being goofy after an amazing class of martial arts focus and discipline.

It was a joy to enjoy our Martial Arts Around the World classes this summer, trying out the basics of six different martial arts! On our last day, we travel to Japan and take a look at karate!
