She beat Great Britain 🇬🇧 in the round of 32, then beat Jordan 🇯🇴 in round of 16 and then came short against Iran 🇮🇷 in quarterfinals. Solid performance!
Melanie will be fighting tomorrow around midnight PST in court number 2, match 207.

Master Edward and Melanie are in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 for Cadet World Championship and just got their National Team outfits from the Armenia Taekwondo Federation!
Our first drawing competition is over! Woo-hoo! We are impressed with how many Students participated, and we want to thank all of you for such great masterpieces. Today, more than 30 votes were finally collected, and we are ready to announce the winners.
First place goes to Ethan Ben Simon🥇, Second place goes to Monica Kim 🥈 and the Third place goes to Bianca Zambramo. 🥉Congratulations, guys! That was a strong battle. We will continue again soon.

Guys, let's keep doing good things and help our Students to participate in the Cadet World Taekwondo Championship at the end of THIS July in Bulgaria. Join us for a cool FUNDRAISING CAR WASH event next Saturday, July 16 from 10am to 2 pm! 🛻💦 All the donations are encouraged and accepted via cash or Venmo. We thank you in advance for your support and generosity! ✊💰
Summer holidays has started and some of our Students are on vacation now. It is important to remember about regular physical activity throughout the day. That's why we are launching the Taekwondo 30-DAY Challenge during the summer break!
1. Quick warm up and stretching.
2. 20 Punches and Blocks in Horse stance.
3. Practice basic kicks (high rising kick, inside outside, target, front and round house kick). Always remember about the QUALITY! Balance 15-20 seconds each leg – this is your consistent goal by the end of the Challenge.
4. 20 sit-ups PLUS 20 push-ups. You can do it!
5. Practice forms up to your belt level.
OPTIONAL: Keep a daily journal of your progress and your completed tasks. Send us videos of your success at the end of every week. The most disciplined Students at the end of the Challenge will receive special prizes from the Lions Academy.
Start is already TOMORROW, July 7 - August 7. Get ready! 😉😎💪
