Hi everyone!!
I hope you are all well.
I know you are all staying strong, eating well and thinking clearly!

I hope this past year has opened new doors for learning.

I hope you have continued to challenge yourself when times are difficult, reaching past your comfort zones, being creative at overcoming new obstacles.

Finding ways to except things that are both out of our control and potentially excruciatingly painful is not easily done...

This is what I have been doing this past year.
I cut off social media after I lost 2 of the most important things in my life.

I needed the space, I needed to grieve and my way said shut off social media.
In all honesty, it has been a welcomed pleasure.

Increasingly, not this page of course, because everyone that visits this page is always so kind, supportive, caring and super cool! 😎💕
But social media can be a terribly ugly environment, used in ways that are unappealing to me.
I believe less is better in this case.

If interested I have also been very involved in my studies, fitness and family life.
If you think I jumped off FB and stopped training, you are mistaken friend 😊

*remember: It's all about consistency. This consistency produces= preventive health care benefits that you see inside and out.

I will post from time to time, and if you want me to post something specific or have questions, please let me know, I am more than happy to do so.

Saturday:
Sometimes its good to go without. It forces you to appreciate things more. It opens you up to new perspectives. When you always have, you don't often see as clearly, your mindset is limited and you tend to isolate yourself, without realizing it, narrowing your view point. Sometimes, not having something, really hurts, but it forces you to grow and appreciate, not just your circumstances but others circumstances as well.

*my left arm is swinging a bit... Don't do that! Lol... Its because I am favoring a shoulder issue / weakness in that arm, and am compensating for it, and unfortunately placing additional stress on my shoulder!

If there were mirrors i would have caught that... Mirrors at the gym aren't about ego, they serve as a useful tool for watching form. 😊👍

Leg day... And needed to release a lot of anger and frustration from a difficult day..... This helped me channel things positively. This was one of my first sets, definitely challenged myself today... Got up to #135lb!

Felt great, REALLY needed that.. And definitely going to feel it the next few days... 😁👍🌟💫💫💫So so greatful this place is open...

Tuesday: Fitness Bodies: Thought of the day:
If you think it's easy just because you look at people working out and posting meals online, you are kidding yourself.
It takes daily, weekly, monthly, yearly commitment to a very structured lifestyle.
It is NOT for everyone, and that is why there are so few that live the lifestyle successfully, work and dedicate their life to the industry.
It is OK if it's not your thing! It doesn't have to be! It is definitely not for everyone!
But if it is your goal to have a fitness physique, it is a reality check for most on what it takes to actually achieve the desired look.

Next time you judge another person, without criticism, think for a moment what it takes to make that look happen, that success level happen... what the dedication level is, and if you desire that look, that job, that lifestyle.... what it will honestly take for you to achieve it.

Ultimately, no matter what you are trying to achieve, no matter the industry, are you willing to go to the edge to get it? How dedicated are you to this goal? Are you willing to sacrifice certain comforts, or routines for your goal?

You have to find out what it is you REALLY want and then have an honest talk with yourself... are you willing to do what it takes?
