When you always have, you don't often see as clearly, your mindset is limited and you tend to isolate yourself, without realizing it, narrowing your view point. If you think it's easy just because you look at people working out and posting meals online, you are kidding yourself.
It takes daily, weekly, monthly, yearly commitment to a very structured lifestyle.
It is NOT for everyone, and that is why there are so few that live the lifestyle successfully, work and dedicate their life to the industry.
It is OK if it's not your thing! It doesn't have to be! It is definitely not for everyone!
But if it is your goal to have a fitness physique, it is a reality check for most on what it takes to actually achieve the desired look.

Next time you judge another person, without criticism, think for a moment what it takes to make that look happen, that success level happen... what the dedication level is, and if you desire that look, that job, that lifestyle.... what it will honestly take for you to achieve it.

Ultimately, no matter what you are trying to achieve, no matter the industry, are you willing to go to the edge to get it? How dedicated are you to this goal? Are you willing to sacrifice certain comforts, or routines for your goal?

You have to find out what it is you REALLY want and then have an honest talk with yourself... are you willing to do what it takes?
