So good to be back home after 2 months of amazing adventures at my home country Israel 🙏🏻I've spend some time with family and friends, I've been in Italy at a yoga retreat with the beautiful teacher John Scott, been to Cretes with family and practice yoga with my beloved sister and beloved teacher in Israel.
Now, I'm ready to get back on track🌝
For my beloved students and for those who would like to join, I would like to invite you to my home studio in Encino where I hold fitness classes in the spirit of yoga and recently I've started to teach yoga based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice.
From my experience and understanding, every tradition that touches the spirit is a tradition of unity and love. Recently, I have been exposed to the spirit of Kabbalah and find it a vital part of my lessons, especially from a place of connection in a deep level of life.
I would love to share it with you and invite you to this magical journey.
The schedule of yoga classes is still changing, because I am trying to build a permanent group of people who have the longing for the inner home, and to be fully devoted to the work.
