Nature’s Gym Awaits You 🌲💪

Below is how you can make your own version of this Chick-Fil-A Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich that has 10g more protein and nearly half as much fat as the original ⬇️

✳️ M A C R O S
🔹 Chick-Fil-A Version
570 Calories | 33g Protein | 50g Carbs | 28g Fat
🔹 Clark’ Version
577 Calories | 44g Protein | 73g Carbs | 13g Fat

✳️ I N G R E D I E N T S
🔹 1 Brioche Bun
🔹 Jalapeño Slices
🔹 4 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
🔹 1 Tbsp Flour
🔹 1 Tbsp Egg Whites
🔹 1 Tsp Agave
🔹 30g Panko Breadcrumbs
For the Pimento Cheese
🔹 2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
🔹 1 oz Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
🔹 1 Tbsp Lite Mayo
🔹 1/2 oz Diced Pimentos
🔹 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

✳️ I N S T R U C T I O N S
🔹 Coat your chicken breast in flour ➡️ egg white + agave ➡️ breadcrumbs and cook in the air fryer at 375 F for 12 minutes.
🔹 Add jalapeño slices to the bottom of a brioche bun and top with chicken breast
🔹 Mix your pimento cheese ingredients and spread over chicken breast and enjoy!

This right here is the key to a healthy, balanced diet that will not only build you a great physique but will IMPROVE your relationship with food, not ruin it.

Maybe you started following some fitness page and you see everyone demonizing “junk” food and “fast” food.

SAVE this post for Healthy 10 Minute Tacos ⏱️🌮➡️

A quick, easy chicken taco recipe that requires minimal ingredients and cooking but doesn’t sacrifice taste & flavor 🤌🏻💯

✳️ M A C R O S
🔹 596 Calories | 50g Protein | 56g Carbs | 19g Fat

✳️ I N G R E D I E N T S
🔹 8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
🔹 1 Tsp Kinder’s Taco Seasoning
🔹 4 Corn Tortillas
🔹 1/2 Tbsp Avocado Oil (won’t get as smoky as olive oil)
🔹 Garnish with Diced Onion & Cilantro
🔹 Low calorie hot sauce like Chulula

✳️ I N S T R U C T I O N S
🔹In a large skillet, add oil and heat tortillas 2 at a time for 30 seconds per side over medium-high heat
🔹In the same pan, cook seasoned chicken thighs for 4 minutes per side
🔹Slice chicken into bits and portion evenly over tacos. Add onion, cilantro and hot sauce to finish

We’ve been fed the myth that in order to look like a fitness model you have to eat “clean,” cut out all the junk food and suffer through your diet and if you slip up, it’s just because you’re weak and don’t have the willpower to do the work.

But is that really true?

I sure used to think so. When I started working out consistently, I limited myself to only the “healthy” stuff. If it wasn’t “on the list,” I could only eat it just once a week for a cheat meal. 80% healthy, 20% whatever you want, right?

You can probably guess how well that worked out in the long run.

My best results did not come from this rigid approach. My best results came from learning to incorporate the things I enjoyed every meal so I never feel deprived or like I’m missing out on life.

Craving the things you enjoy in life doesn’t make you “weak.” It makes you human.

Having your dream physique is supposed to make your life better, remember? How much better will it make it if you’re forcing down steamed broccoli, plain chicken breast and rice cakes every day to maintain it?

You’re trying to find the balance between being fit and being happy? You’re looking at it.

Confidence = comfort.

Being confident in an activity simply means being comfortable in it.

Take the gym, for example. Most people avoid the gym or don’t go long enough to see meaningful results because they’re simply not comfortable there.

But in life, you have to push through the discomfort in order to grow.

Even me taking these photos. I’ll be honest, I still feel uncomfortable being the “photoshoot in the middle of the pool common area guy,” but like anything, the more I do it, the more comfortable I’ll be.

Whether it’s fitness or any other endeavor, push through the discomfort.

Pursuing your fitness goals doesn’t just improve your physical strength and toughness: it improves your mental strength and toughness.

Whenever you start a new journey, whether it’s fitness or something else, there will be people in your life who don’t understand what you’re doing.

They’ll try to talk you out of it. They’ll try and get the “old you” back. There will be forces in your life that try to stop you from reaching your goals.

Soon you’ll learn not to listen to them. You’ll learn not to let them affect you.

Building a new you means having to leave some of the old you behind.

Going on a fitness journey teaches you that just like having to push through that final rep, swap out that high fat dessert for a low fat one, you have to tune out the noise and keep going.
