Get's me going at the start of each new day, and holds me accountable. Posting things I love and helping others to get motivated. Looking and feeling great at 48 is a big deal to me, at a time I know most people are slowing down and not putting there health and fitness at high priority. As for me, and knowing many friends who dread the doctors visit, end result being "take better care of yourself"

Took care of my mother inlaw until her passing at the age of 97. Then I was grateful to be able to care for my own mother until her death in November, just before her 91st birthday. I fell off of caring for myself for a time and definitely felt my physical and mental slide into anxiety and depression the biggest size I ever been for me. From a size 8 to a 12. I'm at a 10 today but I'm not good with it. I'm tired and sciatica got me good. I finally got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I'm more excited than ever. Day 3 in and my sciatica is mostly in control with twinges but better than the pain and a numb foot. Lifting the physical and mental weight of my in law and mom took its toll but the body resilient and so am I. So here I am again! Back! Looking forward to 55 in July! ❤🙏🕊

Ok here we go. I'm back. I use to work out with this video in the 90's before VHS. It worked great. As goofy as it is being the instructor is dressed in 80 style it works. So I'm gonna see what it does to my now over Fifty body. Here We go.
Ok I am back. After a rough two years of care giving and doing pretty well with my fitness, and eating, I fell off the wagon after the death of my mother in law. I didn't document my fitness during that time. I got caught up in the busyness. Well It's been about six months and everything went out the window. Diet, exercise that is. I've gained weight, feel sluggish, and tired. I'm tired of feeling this way so here I am doing what I know makes me my very best me. Getting back on the horse so to speak and gonna ride the m**o. It's getting different with age but I will make adjustments. If I can do this, anyone can.
Small changes over time, get it done!
