Why should you warm up before working out❓

It’s really important to prepare the body for the workload ahead, so DO NOT skip the warm up!
It doesn’t need to be anything complicated just make sure that you get your body temperature and heart rate up! ⬆️❤️

Warm up the muscles you are about to use during your workout, how long a warm up should be depends on how intense your workout will be. The more intense workout, the longer you need to warm up. You need anywhere from 5-30 minutes‼️

A good warm up helps:
- your heart rate prepare for the extra workload - loosen joints for more flexibility - boost performance
So make sure to warm up before your workout 💪👊
