Today’s Tip from our founder Jyima. Did you know that according to multiple studies including The NY Times, people under emotional or physical stress score 13 percent lower on IQ tests. Brain research has proven that when we are emotionally upset or stressed we can’t think straight. Without a strong mind we can’t have a strong body. It’s about learning how to react and deal with stress and properly address injury so we can be strong inside and out.

It has been insane to watch her train at 6am, box and lift weights, then jump in the shower, throw on her scrubs and shoot out the door for a full day of work.

We understand if you want to go hard and push yourself, but our job is to make sure you do it safely.
