Jared McCain and Chet Holmgren weigh the exact same at 215 pounds 👀

The wild part? McCain stands 6-foot-3. Holmgren stands 7-foot-1.

That’s an eight-inch height difference between two players carrying the same weight.

McCain added 20 pounds from last season, giving the young guard even more strength to work with. He’s built like a tank for his position and isn’t afraid to use that physicality to overpower opposing point guards.

Holmgren, meanwhile, added just two pounds. At 7-foot-1 and 215 pounds, the lanky big uses his length and agility to blow by opposing centers and create mismatches all over the floor.

Same weight. Completely different builds.

And both have figured out how to make their frames work for them 💪

Zion Williamson cost Nike $1 billion overnight and there was nothing he could do about it.

There was no bigger star in college basketball (literally and figuratively) than Zion Williamson in 2018.

When he committed to Duke Men's Basketball, the hype for his first game against UNC was talked about for months.

The hype was so real that a week before the game, tickets went for over $10,000 while the average ticket price was around $5,000 (per Sporting News).

Less than a minute into the game, Zion's left shoe blew out when he planted his foot on a spin.

The shoe in question?

A pair of Nike PG 2.5s.

Zion failed to return and had to miss a few more games because of an injury caused by the blowout.

Duke lost that game by 16 points.

Fans didn't get their money's worth.

Nike ended George's signature shoe line a few years later.

But the biggest loser that day had to be Nike.

Less than a day after the incident, Nike's stocks dropped by 1.1%, taking out roughly $1.1 billion from their market capitalization (per CBS News).

Of course, Nike was able to recover from a financial standpoint from the incident.

But for all the royalties they give to guys like Jordan or all the limited edition sneakers that can go for millions, pretty sure no shoe could cost Nike more than what Zion did to hurt their stock value in less than 24 hours.

The Shanghai Sharks have been collecting NBA names for YEARS.

With D’Angelo Russell and JaVale McGee joining the Sharks, they’re adding two more names to a team with quite the NBA history.

Eric Bledsoe, Hassan Whiteside, Gilbert Arenas, Michael Beasley, and Jimmer Fredette are some notable names who have all repped Shanghai.

Brandon Goodwin, Noah Vonleh, Delonte West and Luis Scola are among the other NBA veterans who have suited up for the Sharks.

And then there’s Yao Ming.

The Hall of Famer spent five seasons with Shanghai before entering the NBA, leading the Sharks to their first CBA championship in 2002. He later owned the team from 2009 to 2017.

Jimmer even turned Shanghai into his personal scoring playground, dropping three 70-point games during his Sharks tenure.

The NBA's giving up on a former top 8 pick who's never really got a chance to prove himself.

Minnesota Timberwolves was so high on 6'1" Rob Dillingham that they traded two future first round picks just to get him.

He wasn't expected to start immediately, but everyone already envisioned a future backcourt of him and Anthony Edwards.

As a rookie, Dillingham appeared in only 49 games and averaged these numbers.

In his second season, it was more of the same role and numbers for Dillingham as he played behind Mike Conley Jr and Bones Hyland.

By the trade deadline, he was traded to the Bulls as part of the Ayo Dosunmu deal.

On a new team, Dillingham still came off the bench, but he finally got minutes.

In fact, he'd even average 15.8 PTS on 45% from the field his last 5 games.

His improved play late in the season didn't change anyone's minds on the Bulls and Hornets.

This offseason, he was traded to the Hornets for Buddy Hield and cash.

2 days later, the Hornets waived him.

Most say the problem is that he's undersized and can't play defense.

But he is only 21 years old and has a deep offensive bag.

It's way too early to write him off.

Josh Hart was playing the 2025-26 season with a decision hanging over his career.

According to Fred Katz of The Athletic, Hart’s injured finger now requires a “full joint replacement.” It's a procedure that would prevent him from playing basketball again.

So the 31-year-old Knicks forward chose to keep playing through the pain instead.

“I guess it’s either wrap it till I retire (or) cut it off. I guess that’s the other option. So that’s really the only alternative: either joint replacement, let it go, or amputation.”

Hart wore protection on the finger throughout the season and still played a pivotal role in New York’s historic championship run. Now, he’s prepared to deal with the pain for the rest of his career rather than give up the game he loves.

That kind of sacrifice says everything about Hart.

He’s slated to make $20,923,760 next season, with a $22,375,280 team option for 2027-28.

He’s also eligible for a four-year extension worth roughly $132 million.

Whatever happens with that contract, Hart is already carving out his place in Knicks history.

By the time it’s all said and done, the pain, the sacrifice, and the championship will make Josh Hart a New York legend.

Not that long ago, the Grizzlies looked like the future of the Western Conference.

Back in 2022, they won 56 games, played with swagger, and seemed destined to be a championship contender for the next decade.
