Starting April 15, 2026, HYPE’s cancellation window will move from 2 hours before class to 12 hours before class start time. We know this is a meaningful change, so we’re sharing it early and will continue to send reminders over the next two weeks.

Over time, we’ve found that our unusually flexible cancellation policy has created a challenge in high-demand classes: clients often reserve spots well in advance, only for several cancellations to happen shortly before class begins. In many cases, that does not leave enough time for waitlisted clients to take those spots, so classes that looked full end up running with unexpected openings. Updating our cancellation window helps create a more fair and reliable booking experience for clients, while also better supporting the instructors who prepare for and lead those classes.

We understand this is a shift from what many of you are used to, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we make this change with the goal of better serving the community as a whole.

Choose one of two classes per game and advanced that class to the next round. Feeling ambitious? Take a 3030 in the first round and get a. bye* in round two!
