Thank you Young Storytellers for helping our members produce amazing stories and posters! Our members had an opportunity to present to their parents and Young Storytellers team!

Visual Arts members recently visited the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. They had a great time viewing paintings by their favorite artists up close; they took time to sketch a painting by David Hockey; and especially enjoyed the Metropolis Exhibit, the infamous lampposts, and seeing the Hollywood sign.

Staying sharp, never tasted so sweet! Our members were rewarded with churros for completing their homework during Power Hour!

We wanted to give a big shoutout to Crown Castle for volunteering at our Club today cleaning and reorganizing our club space. Our Club members and community appreciate it.

Join us next weekend for the 15-year celebration! Our film is in the 4-6pm block next Saturday, October 1st.

The film festival is FREE and will include workshops outside on art, making flower headpieces, photography, storytelling, etc. as well as spoken word, folclorico, and African dancing performances.
