True story. I had been working with Aya and MamaCoc@ to feel empowered to speak more truth, and for the first time ever, my teacher asked me to sing in ceremony. LIterally one of the most terrifying and humbling moments EVER. But I lived to tell the tale :)

Capitalism has become a disease. I remember Aya told me once - why don’t you guys create a trophy for people who make $100M dollars saying they won capitalism, and every penny they make going forward goes to charity? She has a point. Our game of Monopoly has no end game, and it’s hurting *everyone*.

Plants are so damn easy to love. They don't have egos, nor agendas that spring from anything other than the greater good.

Earlier this year, my soul-kitty Prana crossed the rainbow bridge. I ache for him every day. I dream about him all the time. But he sent this being of light to help ease my broken heart. This majestic creature is Renaquilla, aka the Moon Queen.
She is full blood Maine C**n, sass to the max, an Aries to her core, and an absolute joy to share life with.
It's a beautiful thing to have part of my heart in shambles from grief and loss, and part of my heart in joyful celebration to have a new precious love.
Holding multiple emotional states concurrently is a superpower Ay@huasca taught me. I'm eternally grateful I didn't have to wait for my heart to mend to fall in love again.❤️
