UCLA Baseball, On The Road to Omaha

It’s truly a remarkable year.
2026 will be remembered by UCLA baseball fans always. We loved the D1 comment earlier this season they remarked, “ Seeing this team, is like a BigFoot sighting.”
The are that unique!
“All for one & one for all!”
Just enjoy this ride it is a rarity, to be sure!

A wild one with
Final Bruin’s win 15-9 final. We Win the weekend 2-1.

A wild one in Corpus Christi our Bruin’s pulled out in the bottom of the ninth- 7-6 over Washington State. Tomorrow we try and win the weekend.

Let’s hope we see more of the same from these young men down there.
Stay calm- and play baseball like a Savage.

It’s been awhile but COLLEGE BASEBALL is back!! At UCLA we are fortunate to have one of the best baseball ⚾️ coaches in America!
Coach John Savage, has taken last year’s young men and has molded them into a a well oiled machine. Competition will get tougher down the road, but mediocrity is a word that will no longer be associated with this program!

Tonight we watched a sad 😢 picture of what baseball has become.
NO DESIRE TO WIN A BASEBALL ⚾️ GAME. Runners in scoring position nobody out, no attempt to score them and win a baseball game.
This team needs an attitude adjustment or it will be a season filled with losses. It’s a turnoff for many of us.
But it appears that’s what baseball has become.
PAC 12 season begins this weekend when we go to CAL.
It will be interesting to see if attitudes will change for league play?

And we lose to UCIrvine 5-2 to close out the Dodgertown Classic 0-2.
Clearly our team has issues that need to be addressed. Time to get creative.

Another tough night. UCLA loses to Michigan 4-3. More errors this evening which always causes chaos.

In one of the ugliest wins in some time UCLA comes all the way back pulls out the win 🥇 in 10 innings, 12-11! Over Long Beach State.
This game had 12 Errors between them. But, a win is a win!
Two nights in a row Two comebacks in a row! Let’s rejoice in that!
Dodger town Classic this weekend!

Another rough night at the plate.
When will we shake this hitting slump?
Maybe tonight. Bruins win it 5-4! Coach Savage has a lot to work with, time will see some improvement, for sure!

Sadly TCU Broom’s 🧹 us today, final 13-3.
It’s Time to pull this team TOGETHER!
We have much talent but we must play much better.
