💪🏻Ok here’s how to perform

1️⃣ grab a trap bar with a moderate load and lower down over a 5-10 sec count. (Brace that core!!)

2️⃣ as soon as the plates touch the floor explode into a jump like you just saw a 🕷 on the kitchen floor.

3️⃣ perform 3-4 rounds of 12-15 reps.

4️⃣ expect lots of stares while out on the town showin off those summer legs 😎☀️
