My job is to ensure that you will become a more fit, stronger, and healthier individual. Overall, people choose to workout with me for a variety of reasons.

Some people are new to fitness, and they want to be taught one or more styles of training and the proper technique that accompany each method. Other people have worked out before, but they never really learned how to properly exercise. Moreover, they did not have the motivation or knowledge needed to maintain their fitness lifestyle. Other people want to improve their strength, endurance and speed

Good PR Day; 25 lbs stronger than last time, and the form was good, as well.

355 lbs(161 kg) x 1 rep, and 370 lbs(168 kg) x 1 rep. I improved my PR by 25 lbs since last time I went for a one rep max. It is nothing compared with others...


Barbell Deadlifts

365 lbs(165 kg) x 3 sets x 8 reps at 80% of 1 rm.


Barbell Bench Press

245 lbs(111 kg) x 3 sets x 5 reps at 80% of 1 rm.


Barbell Squats
