Im 6 pounds down and 9 more to go. I’m cutting weight to match acting roles I want to play right now. The camera really adds 10lbs! Whatever you’ve got the camera can make it seem like more 😶 I’m on day 41 of a 90 day raw vegan challenge and I’ve cut my weightlifting down 75% today I’m lifting 95lbs 15times for 5 steps and supper setting with handstands.
Today I was feeling sad. I felt far away from my current fitness goal (to drop 15 lbs of muscle) and in my acting career goals. Then I remembered, I’m blessed. And it’s time to take the next step. Whatever I focus on I feel. What about you? Where is your head at today?

This an awesome way to learn how to hand stand. Squeezing my butt, pointing my toes and lifting my abs I got both feet off the wall. I was terrified during the taping of this video 😱
