This renegade California developer wants to build a 2,300-unit megaproject in a NIMBY stronghold A never-before-used state law might make his plans bulletproof.

LOOKOUT REDONDO: Don't say we didn't warn you!
Mayor Brand, Jim Light, Candace Nafissi, Todd Lowenstein, Nils Nehrenheim ALL Tethered Together...NEFARIOUSLY.
AND they keep claiming they are NOT Connected.
Guess truth and transparency don't apply. It doesn't compute either!

RED FLAG đźš© ATTN: RESIDENTS. ROW is ALL WRONG!
1. ROW doesn’t defend us- they have partnered with SBPC to SUE us.
2. ROW doesn’t defend public property OR Redondo Beach, that is our elected City Attorney Mike Webb’s job.
3. ROW killed the CenterCal project. "The project is dead" According to Mayor Brand.
4. The City is seeking a $28M bond - that will be paid by taxpayers....
So WHY is ROW continually begging for monies?
STOP THE FRAUD! Warn your neighbors!

THANK YOU to all the wonderful supporters of my campaign from start to finish. Every effort was greatly appreciated!
Results are IN...here's what tabulated over the 5 months during my campaign:
190+ miles
675k steps
9000 doors
Gained friendships
Earned endorsements
Countless supporters and volunteers
Credible donations
Incredible experience
..and deep appreciation for our local postal workers, who walk our districts daily.
Special thanks to my family, friends, and supporters and voters for their encouragement during this journey....and a plug for my pair of Skechers that helped make my strides so comfortable.
My stepping up as Candidate was an extension of the great care I hold for my community. I will continue serving as your Planning Commissioner with the highest integrity to protect and safeguard our shared interests.
Although this very much feels like a disappointing setback from the decades of work that preceded, my sights are and will remain forward focused. There is serious work ahead and many critical steps and I hope we can earnestly find remediation for our most pressing issues. Let us hold our new leaders accountable in the promises that were made during this campaign to "quickly revitalize and modernize the Pier and Harbor in a public - private partnership".
More importantly, let us be mindful of our actions and to treat those with which we may disagree with courtesy and respect. It's a tall order, but Redondo Beach loses when we place winning above civility.
