In 2019 I began an online community gathering every Saturday morning with a focus on sharing teachings and holding conversations on the subjects of meditation, healing and self knowing. In 2020 the community began to really grow, welcoming thousands of people to it's community pages and with only a handful of exceptions, I have hosted every Saturday since.

In 2021, I was inspired to name this amazing global community, Joyful of Heart Worldwide. Joyful of Heart is the dharma name I received as a student of Vietnamese Zen Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh when I was in my late 20s. Until 2021, joyful of heart had remained an inspiration and reminder only for myself. Now, the spirit of Joyful of Heart radiates throughout this global community.

In 2023 I began a series titled Our Community Heals, welcoming members from all around the world to share more of their personal life story and perspectives with the rest of the commuity. Recently I was asked to 'switch roles' and to be the guest instead of the host. Tomorrow is the day I will share my personal perspectives on the subjects above and on any aspect of my life journey others are inspired to know more about.
