What does “living my best life mean for you?” 🤔
Your answer might be:
- Being with someone you love, or at your favorite places
- Enjoying your favorite food and drink at your favorite restaurant with favorite people
- Driving a fancy car
- Doing something you love like work or working out..Etc..

To me: Besides teaching because it makes me feel good every day about helping people getting stronger, I also enjoy donating my blood to the American Red Cross. 🩸I did it twice this year and hopefully I can do it again before the end of this year. It makes me feel great to hear that I’m able to help someone stay alive every time I donate my blood. It costs me nothing in exchange for extra happiness and better health.

If you haven’t done it before, don’t be scared. I encourage you to try. It would take about 30 mns of your time. There are lots of people out there who need your help! 🙏

🌸It’s Friday! What you have learned from this week?🤔

For me? I have learned that;

1. You have the power to make someone’s day. You can and do it!
2. Be a good listener. The focus is on us. Genuine listening, however the spotlight moves to the other person. We put ourselves in their shoes, we turned into their waves life and that is not easy. In genuine listening, we listen not just for what being said but for what not being said. We are not listening to the words but what’s behind the words, feelings, and needs.
3. People will always come and go in our daily life. Whatever reason they can’t stay with you. Just except and move on.

👯‍♀️👯Barre has origins in dance, the rhythmically challenged shouldn’t worry: No tapshoes, leotards, or any fancy footwork are required. You don’t need any dance experience—you’re not going to be doing pirouettes.

🍑Instead, most barre classes follow the same basic structure: You’ll start with a mat-based warm-up full of planks and push-ups, do a series of arm exercises, and continue at the bar with a lower-body section to work your thighs and glutes. Finally, you’ll finish with a series of core-focused moves at the bar or a short session on the mat.
🍑As for gear, the moves are typically bodyweight only, but you can use light hand weights (usually two or three pounds) or resistance bands to level up your arm exercises. For lower-body work, a soft exercise ball is often used to help engage leg muscles.
🍑So what’s the difference between barre and a typical strength training class? Rather than larger, compound movements (think squats and shoulder presses), you’ll perform tiny, one-inch increments called isometric movements. That’s why you’ll often hear, “Down an inch, up an inch,” repeated by barre teachers.
🍑For someone who’s used to HIIT or CrossFit, it may seem like you’re not working hard enough. But that’s absolutely not the case. In fact, you’re getting a killer workout because the one-inch increments are enough to fire up the muscle and make it more elastic, but not too big to tear the muscle.

❤️Simple
People who lift you up don’t always agree with you, or have the answer, but you know they always have your back, and that they always want the best for you. That makes it simple to spend time with them and to trust their intentions. It’s simple to connect and even reconnect when you disagree or lose touch. This is love.

🔥The C Curve is a movement of the spine that strengthens the deep abdominals while stretching the muscles of the back.
🔥The C Curve is a basic movement in Pilates that is used in many different exercises.
😍Btw, if you have scoliosis issues I’m not recommended.

💕He found love from last Wednesday outdoor yoga class in Beverly Hills with Pia. 💕I meant he is falling in love with Yoga.😉😜😍
He also got the yoga book after taking Pia’s class. This makes me so happy. Somebody said that yoga is a Bulls*** spiritual. I don’t think these people understand why we practice yoga? It’s so simple. We move with the breaths and when we breathe deeply it calms your nervous system. That’s why we feel great after class.💁‍♀️ so simple, right?

Mad Mat Pilates.👊

Pilates caters for everyone, from beginner to advanced. You can perform exercises using your own body weight, or with the help of various pieces of equipment.

A typical Pilates workout includes a number of exercises and stretches. Each exercise is performed with attention to proper breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. To gain the maximum benefit, you should do Pilates at least two or three times per week. You may notice postural improvements after 10 to 20 sessions.

👯‍♀️Barre 👯 improves postural alignment, flexibility, core strength and functional fitness, while the low-impact format minimizes the risk of injury.

Barre can be an excellent complement to the repetitive, single-plane motions characteristic of workouts such as running and cycling. For example, you’ll work your quads while standing at the barre in second position, where your stance is wide and your feet are turned out. This position, which mimics a sumo-wrestler stance, opens your hips and awakens muscles you didn’t know you had! Similarly, exercises such as “pretzel” which, as the name suggests, challenges your body to become a pretzel (and is just as hard as it sounds), engage smaller muscle groups that have been dominated by major muscles. If you have underdeveloped muscle groups because of the type of training you’re doing, barre can [target] those spots and bring you back to a more balanced state.
