After many years of fighting obesity, dealing with fad diets, playing yo yo with my weight, I've realized that having a healthy body and mind really comes down to changing your attitude about your lifestyle. Losing weight can be hard, and maintaining your great body afterwards can be a lot more challenging. After losing 76 pounds within the last 6 months, I've decided to share the wealth and knowledge with my fellow friends, family and all strangers who are interested in gaining a new prospective about fitness & nutrition. I will share many photos, videos and anything interesting that I find from the world wide net. I hope these tips and posts would help you achieve your goals. My personal goal is to reach the 100 pound weight loss mark and I have fighting every day to get there.
