Seasons come and go. Some last a short while and others seem like eternity. If this isnβt how you hoped this season will go, thereβs another coming around the corner. Acknowledge the pain, frustration, sadness, and then make a choice what to do about it. Choose to embrace the challenge or choose to complain about the challenge. Your response will directly impact your mood and overall well being.
Try using one of the following tools to embrace the challenge:
- radical acceptance
- seek peer support
- make a reward goal or treat for once the season is over
- what tools do you use to embrace challenging seasons? Let me know in the comments ππ½
