During season we compete in the SCCVL (Southern California Collegiate Volleyball League), playing against teams such as CSU Long Beach, LMU, UCSB, and USC. Along with these regional tournaments, we will also compete against teams from across the country at the NCVF (National Collegiate Volleyball Federation) Collegiate Club Championships.

“Send it”

[02/25/19]   It's been a busy couple of weeks here at UCLA for the Women's Club Volleyball teams!

Last weekend the Bruins hosted their annual Bruin Classic Ranking Tournament. The A team went 7-1, ultimately taking their first loss of season to Texas A&M-A in the finals. They ended up losing 17-15 in the third set. These Bruins are eager to get their chance at redemption on the Nationals court! This weekend the Bruin hosted the SCCVL North Regional league tournament where they beat both USC-A and UCSB-A to bring their overall record to 20-1.

The B team fought hard at the Bruin Classic, playing many A and B teams from across the country. They ended up falling short during the silver playoffs. Today, however, they were able to pull off a 3-0 record during their SCCVL North Regional tournament!

We're super proud of how both of these teams are competing. They're still working hard twice a week at practices to get even better and hopefully take home the title this year! Both teams will be playing their next tournament on March 9, with the A team competing at CSUN and the B team competing at UCSB. Let's go Bru!
