I really hate the term "cheat meal." I mean, what is the point of working so hard for something only to undue everything for a greasy pizza and beer that leaves you feeling groggy? I'm not saying you should never enjoy these things, pizza is my favorite food! Everything in moderation though.

Just the facts:
Fact 1. I counted calories once. Sure, I lost weight, but it didn’t stay off. The minute I stopped keeping track the lbs came back.

When I first started doing side planks, or regular plank for that matter, I couldn’t last a whole minute on each side let alone use a weight. A few months later they’re my favorite exercise AND I am strong enough to use a weight on both sides!

How to enjoy a nutritious breakfast:
Step 1: Freeze desired fruit in a Mason jar. I used 1/2 a pear. Other great ideas are bananas, cherries, peaches, watermelon, mango, figs, or pineapple.
Step 2: Place remaining ingredients into the jar. This is the time you add 1 scoop of Shakeology, any spices or extracts, and liquid. I used Tropical Strawberry, water, ice, and about 1/4 cup almond milk.
Step 3: Unscrew the bottom of a blender, ie the blades. Secure onto the Mason jar. It fits perfectly! Blend.
Step 4: Smile and enjoy the healthiest breakfast!

We know the Pumpkin Spice Latte is good, but it's a treat, like a 'once in a while' kind of thing. This Shake, you can have EVERY SINGLE DAY, so drink up!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 Tbsp pure pumpkin puree
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground pumpkin pie spice
1 cup ice
Place almond milk, Shakeology, pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Total Fat: 5 g
Fiber: 5 g
Sugars: 8 g
Protein: 17 g
