I don’t do a slick back that often anymore because 1) I don’t want to mess up my hairline more than it already is lmao and 2) I do get pretty gnarly headaches when my hair is up. BUT when I do them this is what I do. The gel and the brush are the most important things for me. Mind you, I also have bangs now and they stayed down the whole day like this. The detangler in the beginning is just cause I had some knots lol.

Been working on this dang press to handstand for SO LONG and it’s finally clicked. Here’s to hoping I can get the stalder press soon!
*this is a joke* I’m pretty sure it’s not true lmao back tucks are fun though. Also maybe I’m weird but I actually really like core workouts.
If your lifestyle is such that you (by choice meaning no physical health related things are going on) get anxious about the foods you’re going to eat on vacation and that you’ll lose all your gains or progress because of it THEN it may not be that
This mindset has helped me so much over time. Focusing on what you can control also means taking action when you can and when you need to. It makes all the difference.
was craving a nostalgic dessert that my mom always made so I made a high protein banana pudding with prosupps vanilla whey protein. I added a little Greek yogurt (about 1-2 tablespoons) for extra protein. I do think this recipe is quite hard to mess up. Anyone can do it! 😂
Do you guys like working out on vacation? I love it. I just love being able to take my time and not schedule a workout around all of life’s other responsibilities. What a privilege!
This was harder than it looked 🙇🏻♀️💕 Send more handstand challenges my way! I love trying them.
tested me in a new way. I had foot and ankle surgery in January to address an injury from 2025 and chronic pain. This was my first surgery. I’ve had chronic pain in different ways throughout my life but I’ve never had to take so long to recover from an injury. The longest was probably breaking my wrist in 8th grade. Logically, I knew I’d be fine and better actually than before but emotionally I was nervous. I had support of my loved ones and I think this was probably the best time in my life to deal with it.
