Why did you start working out? Or why haven’t you started yet?
People walk through gym doors for a lot more reasons than just "losing weight" or "getting stronger." Over the years, we've found that almost everyone who trains with us falls into one of six categories:
💪 Get stronger — you want to build muscle, lift heavier, and feel more powerful in your body.
⚖️ Lose weight — you want to lose it and actually keep it off, without another crash diet.
⚡ Get more energy — you're tired of running on empty and want energy that lasts your whole day.
❤️ Manage a medical condition — you want to improve things like blood pressure or blood sugar, working alongside your doctor.
🩹 Rehab an injury — you're recovering from surgery or an injury and want to move without pain again.
🏆 Train for a sport — you want to be faster, stronger, and more explosive in the sport you love.
Here's the thing: it doesn't matter which one is yours, or if it's a mix of a few. We meet people where they are, whether you want to figure it out on your own or have a trainer walk beside you every step.
If you read through that list and thought "that's kind of me," we'd love to sit down and talk with you about it. No pressure, just a conversation to see how we might be able to help.
👇 Which one are you?
Drop it in the comments. And if you're not a member yet but this sounds like you, comment anyway. We'll help you get started.
