We're proud of all three. Full breakdown on the blog:

The path from college soccer to the professional game has changed - and a lot of the old advice no longer applies.
With the National Women's Soccer League Draft gone, players have more freedom, but the process also demands more strategy. Timing matters. Pathways matter. And understanding the full landscape - from the NWSL to the USL Super League to opportunities abroad - matters more than ever.
We put this guide together to give college players a more honest picture of what turning pro actually looks like today: when to start, what clubs are looking for, how transfer windows affect opportunities, and why the right fit matters more than chasing a name.
For players who are serious about playing professionally, the process should start earlier than most think.

First photo: where HSM clients were competing this past weekend
Second photo: our attempt on Saturday afternoon to keep up with all of it
Weekends like this are a good reminder of just how far the women’s game has come.
This past weekend, HSM had 15+ athletes competing across 13 cities, 5 countries, and 2 continents. I don’t take that for granted.
Watching our clients build careers across established leagues and new markets has been incredibly rewarding - and it still feels like we’re only scratching the surface.
The women’s soccer ecosystem keeps getting bigger, and so do the professional pathways available to players. Excited for what’s ahead!

One of the most common questions we get from players is some version of: how does this actually work?
We wrote out the honest answer - what agents actually do, how compensation works, when to start the process, and what to include when you reach out.
The professional landscape has changed a lot in the last few years, and the way players navigate the transition to pro has changed with it. This post reflects what we actually tell players when they ask.

NWSL expansion fees have gone up 8,150% in 4 years. And women’s soccer is still just getting started

Memorable weekend for HSM and an even bigger one for women's soccer -
Denver Summit drew 63,004 fans for its NWSL home opener earlier this month, setting a new single-match attendance record for women's soccer in the United States. The National Women's Soccer League attendance record has now been broken four straight years in a row.
That same weekend, four of our players took the field in the USL Super League in Brooklyn. Across four countries, 10+ HSM athletes were starting, scoring, and driving results for their clubs.
The ceiling for women's soccer keeps moving. What we're seeing week to week makes it clear - there's still a lot more to come.
