My take on the abductor machine🀌🏽

Ever wondered why you see people leaning forward or staying upright on this machine? Here’s the difference!

By staying upright in the seat, the side glute aka the Gluteus Medius is worked. This is a shorter and thinner muscle when compared to the Gluteus Maximus which is one of the thickest muscles in the body. For optimal glute gains, consider cheating the upright position to activate the gluteus Maximus. Lean over, that way you place the gluteus Maximus into a stretched position. Don’t have this machine? You can use a band around your knees instead!

Be hype about you.

Go hard for you.

Make your days align with your intentions.

You must wake up and have a burning passion to do better than the day before.

It’s all on you and the shots you call at the end of the day.

This is your life for the taking, invest in it wisely.

6 months of showing up for herself even on the tough days, which all of us have. Joann has created a balanced lifestyle to help her get to where she is today. Flexible dieting, sleeping plenty, stress mitigated, and working out 4-5x a week for no more than 30 min to an hour. We don’t do restrictive dieting, excessive workouts, etc. It’s all about a balanced approach that works for each individual person!
