Hi guys!!! Usually on Thursday’s I rest. Today I did a back-back Strike 40 & strength 30 “cause I feel my muscles shrinking. I challenge you to increase your strength workouts while we’re off or it will be agonizing when we get back!! I highly recommend Adrienne on JOD...she’s HARD!!

6:30 class is starting so turn on your music and begin moving your body walk in place, up back, side to side then stretch (5 mins) then skip a pattern add above and small hops for another 5 mins

Ill be honest, for me, this is not at all the prototype of what we want to present to you to achieve these ends, but I posted this anyway (with Melissa’s approval) to get a jumpstart on our connection & give concrete proof that we are thinking of & encouraging you! Subject: Something you can do at home with no weights to give you a killer Leg & Tricep workout. Do this or some variation to your fave tune on your iPhone. Bonus challenge: Do that for one leg.
