This isn’t random workouts.
This is a system.
Every session has a purpose.
Every phase builds on the last.
Every exercise is selected to move you forward.
Speed is trained with intent.
Strength is progressed over time.
Conditioning is built to match your sport.
Nothing is guessed.
Nothing is wasted.
You’re not just working out…
you’re developing.
That’s how real results happen.

The season doesn’t wait.
Neither do your competitors.
While some athletes take time off, others are training with purpose—getting faster, stronger, and more prepared every single week.
By the time the season starts, the gap is already there.
The difference shows up in:
Speed
Strength
Confidence
Playing time
You don’t feel it in the offseason…
You see it when it matters.
The question is—will you be ready, or trying to catch up?

Effort isn’t the problem.
Direction is, and we provide it everyday!
Train with us this summer starting May 26th.

The Best Athletes Aren’t Built by Accident. They’re Built by Design.
At Propel Performance, we believe long-term athlete development comes down to mastering three key areas. We call it the Performance Triad.
Every youth, middle school, and high school athlete should be developing in three critical ways:
🔹 Tactical Preparation
This is an athlete’s understanding of the game. It includes decision making, reading plays, positioning, and situational awareness. This development happens primarily with the sport coach during practices, games, and film sessions.
🔹 Technical Preparation
Technical work focuses on skill mastery—shooting, hitting, throwing, passing, footwork, stick skills, and sport-specific movement patterns. These skills are refined through intentional repetition and coaching.
🔹 Physical Preparation
This is where strength and conditioning play a major role. Developing speed, strength, power, coordination, and durability allows athletes to apply their skills at a higher level and reduce injury risk.
At Propel Performance, our job is to build the physical engine that supports the tactical and technical work athletes are doing with their coaches.
But the key to real development is alignment.
When the sport coach and strength coach are on the same page, athletes benefit from a unified development model where:
• Skills improve faster
• Strength transfers to sport performance
• Athletes stay healthier and more durable
• Confidence increases on the field or court
The best programs understand that athlete development is a team effort.
When tactical, technical, and physical preparation work together, athletes don’t just get better—they maximize their potential.
That’s the goal at Propel Performance.
Train Like an Athlete.

Data doesn’t lie. Development leaves a trail.
At Propel Performance, we don’t guess when it comes to athlete development—we measure it, track it, and improve it.
Using advanced technology like Proteus Motion, we test athletes with the Cressey Hitters Test, a rotational power assessment designed to measure the exact qualities that drive performance in sports like baseball, softball, lacrosse, and golf.
This test measures an athlete’s ability to produce high-velocity rotational force, which directly correlates to things like:
Bat speed
Throwing velocity
Rotational explosiveness
Total power output
Here’s where it gets interesting.
When athletes train at Propel, we benchmark their power output before training, implement a structured strength and rotational power program, and then retest to show objective progress.
The result?
Athletes consistently show significant increases in rotational power and force production in just a few weeks of targeted training.
That means:
✔ More powerful swings
✔ Harder throws
✔ Faster rotational speed
✔ Greater transfer of strength to sport
As spring seasons approach, this is the difference between hoping you’re ready and knowing you are.
At Propel, we combine:
Expert coaching
Sports science technology
Individualized training
Objective testing
to help athletes in the Louisville area develop real, measurable performance gains.
If you’re serious about getting better this season, it starts with knowing where you stand.
Start with a Proteus Performance Test.
