Kentucky Derby Festival Mini Marathon — What a Day 🏃‍♂️🔥

Huge congratulations to our The Training Studio Run Club crew who showed up and finished strong this morning at the Kentucky Derby Festival mini marathon.

13.1 miles.

But this day wasn’t just about the miles…
It was about everything that led up to it:
Early mornings.
Cold runs.
Busy schedules.
Days you didn’t feel like it… and did it anyway.

That’s what makes today matter.
Different goals.
Different paces.
But the same mindset.
You showed up. You stayed with it. You finished.
That’s something to be proud of.
And the best part?

This isn’t the end… It’s proof of what you’re capable of.
Proud of every single one of you. 
Take it in. Enjoy it. You earned it.

University of Louisville 10 Miler + Triple Crown Finishers.

Big time effort from our Run Club this weekend.

The 10 Miler is no joke…
And for many of you, this wasn’t just another race—

This was the finish line of the Triple Crown.

3 races.
Weeks of training.
Early mornings.
Pushing through days you didn’t feel like it.

And you got it done.

That’s what separates people.

Not talent.
Not perfect conditions.

Consistency. Showing up. Finishing what you started.

Proud of this crew.

Now here’s the reality…

We’re not done yet.

The Derby Festival Mini & Marathon are 3 weeks away.

This is where it counts:
– Stay consistent
– Stay healthy
– Don’t do anything stupid this close to race day

Keep stacking smart days.

Because the goal isn’t just to get there…

It’s to show up ready.

Derby City 10K — What a Day!

Huge congratulations to our Run Club crew who showed up and got it done this weekend.
